The rooms are clean and tidy, only the bathroom is getting old, for example the shower is very narrow. The kitchen's equipment is relatively spartan; personally, I would have liked more dishes. Some sockets don't work and some of the mattresses are very sagging. The complex offers a pool, but unfortunately the temperature is quite high and therefore doesn't help you cool down. I often found the pool not cleaned either. The pool opening hours are also rather modest until 7 p.m. The holiday resort is advertised as having a bar on the booking portals, but it wasn't open once during my week-long stay. The positive thing is that you can park directly in front of the accommodation so you don't have to walk long distances. The accommodation is a long way from the center of Pisa, which means you are constantly dependent on a car. For the price offered, I cannot recommend this holiday resort.
We booked this accommodation for 2 nights due to a strike at the airport. The costs were high and I expected more. Apartment is spacious (6 persons), water not drinkable, we were not told. The swimming pool is beautiful, the restaurant (open from 7.30 pm) has good service, prices are a bit more expensive and the choice is quite limited if you don't eat game, but the quality is good.
